We have an extremely good ratio of qualified staff to children, which makes it so much easier for parents to know that their children are in such capable hands. Training and professional development is ongoing and the staff are encouraged to reach their full potential. For example, paediatric first aid, health and safety at work, food hygiene and specialist courses aimed at their own rooms. All staff have a criminal records check and have a thorough interview and work trial to ensure that we employ only the best.
Each Nursery Manager has a wealth of knowledge and experience within the nurseries and lead the staff to the highest standard of childcare.
