At Moor House Nursery we have an anti-discriminatory admissions policy.
Nursery places are offered on a first come first served basis, regardless of race, religion, and background.
Once an initial enquiry has been made, availability will be checked and places are offered accordingly. Parents are advised to visit the nursery prior to booking, where any questions will be answered.
Once a start date has been agreed, (and deposit received) the nursery strongly advise a number of ‘settling in’ sessions to enable children and parents, to feel confident and happy with the nursery routines and practises.
Parents are asked to supply information regarding daily routine, likes and dislikes, dietary and medical requirements, any considerations and exclusions due to cultural beliefs, to the members of staff directly involved with the care of their child/children.
Notice of changes to initial information given, and days/times of attendance booked, must be given in writing to the manager.
If you wish to withdraw your child, a minimum period of one month’s written notice must be given. Pre-school notice six months or stay until end of August. Parents and carers are invited to discuss any questions, queries or concerns with members of staff or the Managers at any time.
